Main Features
1. Designed and manufactured in accordance with high speed, high precision, high efficiency, reliable stability and safety.

Control system: adopts the international brand programmable controller (PLC), industrial grade human-machine interface and frequency converter as the core electrical control system; realizes the rapid change of production orders, intelligent all-round program control function, makes the machine more humanized in production and adjustment, higher safety, and the product yield rate is greatly improved.
3. Transmission system: The transmission gears are made of 40CR steel, finely ground, with keyless connecting ring and cross-slider structure, realizing gears without backlash transmission, which can achieve long-term printing register.
4. Ink transfer system: adopts high-precision anilox stick and ink transfer rubber roller, another independent motor drive, beyond the clutch separation, pneumatic plate lifting, intelligent start-up and shutdown uniform ink system.
5. The wall plate of the mainframe of 3 Colors Electric Knife Circular Compression Die Cutter is made of HT250 with a thickness of 50mm, which is processed by artificial aging treatment and large-scale machining center to ensure high strength and high precision.
