Main Features
1. The whole automatic slotting die cutter is designed and manufactured according to high speed, high precision, high efficiency, reliable stability and safety.
2. Control system: the use of international brands of programmable logic controller (PLC), industrial-grade human-machine interface and frequency converter as the core of the electrical control system.
3. Transmission system: the transmission gears are made of 20CrMnTi steel, precision ground and made of national standard five-grade precision, using key-free connecting ring and cross-slider structure.
4. Ink transfer system: adopts high-precision anilox stick and ink transfer roller, another independent motor drive, beyond the clutch separation, pneumatic plate lifting, intelligent start-up and shutdown leveling system.
5. Thickness of mainframe wall plate 50mm, material HT250, processed by artificial aging treatment, large-scale machining center.

Computerized operating unit
· The control panel of automatic slotting die cutter is equipped with a 10.4 inch color touch screen human-machine interface, which can control the paper feeding, printing and die-cutting units.
· Paper feeding unit, printing unit, die-cutting unit, motorized return to zero position after machine closing
· Current position memory and controllable anilox roller lifting.
· One key to split and close the whole machine, automatic split and close the machine automatically, automatic locking.
· Printing unit computerized control, automatic plate matching, test printing a cardboard can be printed out the finished product.
Paper feeding unit
· Servo pressure-free leading edge roller feeding system with four servo motors.
· Zero pressure does not hurt the cardboard, and effectively overcome the cardboard warping.
· Intelligent adjustment of paper feeding stroke to extend the paper feeding function.
· Electrically controlled machine clutch, continuous bell alerts during travel to ensure the safety of operators.
· Parallel fit suction and dust removal system
Printing unit
