Laminating Inspection for Corrugated cardboard laminator

After adjusting the semi-auto laminator, the pre-treated prints are fed into the feeding mechanism for laminating, and samples are obtained for inspection.

Before laminating with a small amount of printed matter for inspection, so as not to cause a lot of waste, after passing the test, you can carry out large quantities of production.

The laminating Inspection is used as follows.

1.Semi-automatic laminator to laminating completed sample sheet laminating a corner of the film to the wide direction of tearing, hold down the paper, the width of the direction of all the tearing, and then all the tearing. After tearing, if the printed surface graphic imprints with the adhesive layer and paper fibers transferred to the film, it shows that the printed materials and film adhesion is good, as a qualified product.

2. The laminating samples into the baking channel, 60-65℃ baking for about 30 minutes. If there is no blistering phenomenon, does not produce delamination, not wrinkled, for qualified products. Tear the film after baking should not be intact and paper separation.

3. Put the specimen into cold water for 1 hour and then takes it out. If the plastic film is not detached from the printed material, it is qualified.

4. Put the specimen on the indentation machine and applies pressure. If the pressed out concave and convex part does not delaminate, it is qualified.
