Description
Dual Color Electric Adjustable Die-cutting Machine is an automated printing equipment integrating paper feeding, printing and die cutting, which is capable of completing the multi-color printing and die cutting process of corrugated board in one go. With two-color printing capability, it can use two different colors of ink for printing at the same time to meet diversified packaging printing needs. It also has a plate-free die-cutting function, which eliminates the need for traditional molds for die-cutting, reducing costs and improving productivity and flexibility.

Main Features
1. Designed and manufactured according to high precision, intelligence and safety.
2. All adjustments of the whole machine are automatic, order storage and memory function, independent electric cabinet control of the whole machine, easy and quick to change the order, to achieve the real one key to change the order.
3. All transmission rollers are made of high-quality thick-walled seamless steel, heat-treated and tempered, deep-hole boring, surface grinding and hard chrome plating, hot-mounted axle head, and balanced processing.
4. Paint spraying process: the parts are descaled-phosphatized-painted and baked.
