Main Features
1. Designed and manufactured in accordance with high speed, high precision, high efficiency, reliable stability and safety.
2. Control system: the use of international brands of programmable logic controller (PLC), industrial-grade human-machine interface and frequency converter as the core of the electrical control system.
3. Transmission system: the transmission gear of printing slotting machine adopts 40 Luo steel, fine grinding and become, the national standard six-grade precision.
4. Ink transfer system: adopts high-precision anilox stick and ink transfer roller, another independent motor drive, beyond the clutch separation, pneumatic plate lifting, intelligent start-up and shutdown leveling system.
5. Mainframe wall panels are made of HT250, processed by artificial aging and machined by large machining centers.
