Auto feeding 7 corrugated board production line is the core production line of the entire project. It adopts an intelligent temperature control system and a secondary steam reuse system, with a maximum production speed of up to 300 meters per minute, a maximum raw paper width of up to 2,500 millimeters, and a single-shift, 10-hour production of corrugated cardboard of up to 200,000 square meters or more, which greatly reduces the reliance on manual labor while lowering energy consumption.
At present, the project has completed the construction of the plant, all the equipment has been debugged, officially entered the trial production stage.
After corrugated board production line project is put into operation, it can meet the packaging needs of agricultural and sideline products, express logistics and other fields in our city, and it is expected that the annual output value can reach more than 600 million yuan, and the tax revenue is about 5 million yuan, providing 80 jobs.
