Description
Automatic High Speed Flute Laminating Machine is used to laminate various materials such as paper, plastic film, etc. to cardboard or carton to enhance its strength or provide a beautiful surface. It usually has the functions of automatic paper feeding, automatic alignment, high-speed laminating and automatic winding, which can realize continuous and stable production process.

Main Features
1. Vacuum suction cup type fidelity paper feeding system can feed the paper into the machine accurately
2. Bottom paper adopts suction auto-feeding, which can automatically synchronize the tracking according to the speed of manually feeding the top paper
3. New concept of elastic front positioning, high positioning accuracy.
4. The whole flute laminating machine adopts touch screen/PLC/servo motor control system, the circuit system runs stably and can automatically display the fault alarm.
5. Full-automatic glue replenishment system, automatically replenish the lost glue quantity, and cooperate with glue recycling.
6. Metering roller line speed scientific design, to ensure the uniform amount of glue at the same time, to avoid high speed operation when dumping glue.
7. Pressure roller single side adjustment, convenient and fast for the flute laminating machine.
8. Rocker to control the lifting and lowering of the washing stick, convenient to clean the lower roll of the upper glue roller, easy and fast cleaning.
9. Humanized design counter, easy to record your daily workload. Easy to count piece work.
10. A set of small press machine is optional.
